is a Midea company specializing in ‘humanizing’ our latest technology and providing core component solutions for household appliances, automobile industrial control, and the 3C industry with high precision levels.Job DescriptionResponsible for all technical support related aspects of existing customers and prospect customers: escalations, product performance, system installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.Document development technology challenges in the North American market and facilitate problem solving with internal and external contacts.Shortlist the quality needs of clients; document the voice of the customer; facilitate internal audit preparation and serve as a point of contact for client factory site audit.Lead technical support (process, after-sales, etc.) in the North American market (ECM priority).In charge of the whole value chain management of the North American market.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or related engineering.Familiarity with HVAC systems or ECM motor engineering.Five years or more experience with HVAC or appliance OEM components supply chain business in the U.S. market.
