Temporary Remote work in Greater Dallas Area, TXMidea America Corp is hiring an After Sales Service Engineer to support Midea Building Technologies (MBT) technical service. MBT strategically places its business concentration on the products, services, and comprehensive solutions of Intelligent Building. Through these independent projects and joint cooperation with other global enterprises, Midea has supplied thousands of innovative solutions to customers worldwide.Job Description:Responsible for business partners’ technical support, reporting to U.S. R&D head.Conduct site visits to investigate and resolve all technical complaints and issues to ensure consumer satisfaction.Contact the quality department to analyze the breakdown causes and take corrective actions on current products, implementing preventive measures accordingly.Train and work closely with business partners to help them better understand the product.Visit business partners to build an in-depth understanding of their product requirements and produce specification documents.Job Requirements:Good knowledge of unitary units or VRF products.Minimum 3 years’ experience in after-sales service or quality in the HVAC industry.Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese and English.Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and customer-oriented mindset.Frequent domestic travel (
