Senior Application Engineer
to collaborate with our HQ engineering team in China to develop advanced cooling solutions for key machine and genset customers based in the US. The ideal candidate will lead product development initiatives involving heat exchangers, charge-air coolers, oil coolers, and EGR systems, ensuring customer requirements are met with innovative and high-performance solutions.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical interface for North American customers, working closely with the HQ team in ChinaLead the development and optimization of cooling products, including radiators, charge-air coolers, and oil coolers for machine and genset applicationsInterpret RFQ requirements and provide technical solutionsCoordinate engineering activities, including design, prototyping, testing, and validationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, purchasing, manufacturing) to drive product innovation and business growthManage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality resultsTravel domestically and internationally (up to 35%) to support customer projectsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related fields5+ years of experience in application engineering for heat exchangers or cooling systemsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExperience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projectsKnowledge of APQP, FMEA, DVP&R, and program managementExperience with CAD design tools such as Catia V5, UG/NX, SolidWorks, Pro/E, or CreoProficient with computers and programs including Office 365, MS Word, Excel, OutlookFamiliarity with manufacturing methods such as plastic injection molding, aluminum casting, and CAB brazing is highly desirableMandarin language skills are a plusBenefits:Competitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Short Term Disability, and 401(k)Opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentTo Apply:Please apply herein with your resume and cover letter.Affirmative Action/EEO statement:YINLUN TDI, LLC
