What you will do!
As an ITSM System Developer, you will work on enhancing our I.T. Service Management suite of technologies as a product SME.
A System Developer analyzes, plans, develops, integrates, implements, and coordinates projects and activities that support operations, maintenance, installation, and construction of information systems.
A System Developer is assigned work in terms of program or project objectives, priorities, and timelines. A System Developer consults with the supervisor to resolve policy questions and problems in coordinating activities with other programs.

What we are looking for:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(a) Five (5) years of information systems experience in documented experience and training in various programming languages, established history of working with various APIs, and use of Windows Server stack.
OR
(b) An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND three (3) years of information systems experience in documented experience and training in various programming languages, established history of working with various APIs, and use of Windows Server stack.
OR
(c) A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND one (1) year of information systems experience in documented experience and training in various programming languages, established history of working with various APIs, and use of Windows Server stack.
Working Conditions
Working conditions are those of a general office environment in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. At times, weekend and evening work will be necessary to meet customer demands and department deadlines.
Desired Attributes:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
Ability to work directly with diverse end-users and team members.
Ability to lead and/or mentor other team members including contracted staff.
Personal computer skills in standard office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Knowledge of technological changes and developments in IS.
Application system program problem analysis and testing.
Experience with general application system configuration, change management, problem resolution procedures.
Strong history of programmatic languages and ever-increasing responsibilities with those languages.
Knowledge and ability to use APIs to support interconnected applications.
Desired Experience:
Experience in structured design, analysis, programming, testing and implementation.
Experience in and knowledge of theories and principles of Information Systems (IS) technology, especially I.T. Service Management software (Broadcom, Ivanti, Jira, etc.).
Mature understanding and experience with system APIs and interconnected systems.
Experience supporting development and operations for enterprise solution platforms and applications.
Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) Products: Experience configuring and adding customized modules to extend the functionality.
Programming: Mature experience with a variety of different languages, with preference to JavaScript, PowerShell, CSS, HTML, C#.
Database administration: Mature experience with MS SQL stack and the use of SQL language.
Server administration.
Experience coordinating small projects, or project management training.
