Classification.What you will do!As an ITSM System Developer you will work on enhancing our I.T. Service Management suite of technologies as a product SME.A System Developer analyzes, plans, develops, integrates, implements, and coordinates projects and activities that support operations, maintenance, installation, and construction of information systems.A System Developer is assigned work in terms of program or project objectives, priorities, and timelines. A System Developer Consults with the supervisor to resolve policy questions and problems in coordinating activities with other programs. Five (5) years of information systems experience in:Documented experience and training in various programming languages, established history of working with various APIs, and use of Windows Server stack.OR(b)
An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,ORcompletion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field;ANDthree (3) years of information systems experience in:Documented experience and training in various programming languages, established history of working with various APIs, and use of Windows Server stack.OR(c)
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldANDone (1) year of information systems experience in: Documented experience and training in various programming languages, established history of working with various APIs, and use of Windows Server stack.Working Conditions:Working conditions are those of a general office environment in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. At times, weekend and evening work will be necessary to meet customer demands and department deadlines. This position requires the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, sometimes within short time frames. From time to time, may require long hours with night and weekend work.
