We are looking for top performers who have a track record of success and want to build a company and create the future together.As an IT and Systems Administrator, you will manage networks, troubleshoot issues, implement security measures, and support our team's tech needs. In this role, you will:Serve as the point of contact for employee questions related to technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software applications.Manage process and distribution of corporate technology, including laptops, tablets, mobile phones, office equipment, and other network-enabled devices.Oversee mobile device and asset management, including contracts, hardware and cloud-based communication applications.Be responsible for onboarding new employees with the appropriate hardware and software for both in-office and distributed workforce needs.Collaborate with marketing and sales in setting up IT assets for roadshows, client events, conventions, etc.Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with security and privacy best practices, covering audits (ISO 27001, SOC2, CMMI), vulnerability scanning, risk assessments, asset management, and security risk tracking.Required Qualifications:A minimum of 4+ years experience in Technology/IT Support, IT Administrator, System Administration, Information Security or similar role.A passion and knowledge of technology principles and systems.Primarily a Mac shop, with knowledge of installing and troubleshooting Mac OS, iOS, Linux tower, Google Apps, Cloud-based phones, Zoom conference rooms, Mosyle, Atera (or similar RMM).Experience managing MDM or other security management console.An ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across functions of the company and to users of various technical abilities.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.Ability to travel.Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters.Authorization to work in the United States.Why You Should Work at Paradox:Work side by side with passionate, purposeful people - Talent is our DNA and we pride ourselves on having the best!Ability to make a big impact on a growing organization and drive your own career.The opportunity to build the next big thing in recruiting technology.Internal and external professional development, coaching, and continuous education opportunities.Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, & a 401(k) retirement plan.
