Job Title : ERP Support Analyst

Reports To : ERP Administrator
SUMMARY:
The ERP Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for managing the ERP inquiries that end users request through a ticketing system. Additionally, the position will act as a system expert providing end user training on utilization of the system and process improvement and will analyze end user support patterns and provide this information to the ERP Team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform day-to-day administration of the ERP System (Epicor).
Document ERP processes and provide work instructions for troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
Identify opportunities for implementation of new features, make recommendations and work with management/end-users to implement same.
Assist in developing reports and dashboards to improve data analysis and intelligence.
Assist with streamlining internal processes and data flow.
Provide end user support and troubleshooting for issues related to ERP.
Manage system user access, permissions, and security.
Be a member of team to plan, manage and execute software installations and upgrades.
Provide general use training and training of new features, functions, and 3rd party add-ons.
EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High School degree required. Associate degree or higher highly preferred.
Minimum 1+ years of ERP related experience.
Experience creating and maintaining end user training documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving, organization and analytical skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
