ODR request processingCorrespondence & Account maintenance request processingMeet established goals for all metrics, including quality, productivity, and schedule adherence to focus on maximizing service to customersAssist in identifying opportunities to track improvements and work with stakeholders to execute changes to improve current processesBasic Qualifications:
Strong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Eager to learn and committed in executing tasks accurately and timelyPreferred Qualifications:
