Plant ManagerPurpose of the Role:

As a CNC Setup Programmer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and directing our manufacturing operations on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include programming and setting up CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering blueprints and specifications. You'll also contribute to the fabrication of tooling, fixtures, and special components for various projects while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Additionally, you'll play a key role in reporting departmental status and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within our manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Independently machine parts from detailed drawings and blueprints.Communicate job status updates to facilitate seamless customer feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in alternate Machine Shop functions as needed.Work closely with team members to achieve departmental and company objectives.Participate in training initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities.Uphold rigorous shop safety protocols at all times.Maintain meticulous records using ECI JobBoss2 to ensure accurate production tracking.Keep work areas clean, organized, and conducive to operational efficiency.Proactively identify and report any issues that may impact manufacturing processes.Adhere to company attendance policies and maintain a consistent record of attendance and punctuality.Relationships:

This role interacts closely with the Plant Manager, Production Scheduler, Quality Manager, and other department personnel to ensure the successful completion of projects.Why Join Us?

Join our dedicated team where your skills will be recognized, and your contributions will directly impact our success in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum seven (7) years of experience in machining, demonstrating proficiency across all machining types.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work from sketches, and follow detailed instructions.Proficiency in setting up jobs using appropriate tooling and conducting thorough part inspections to uphold quality standards.Extensive hands-on experience in programming CNC machines, preferably using Mastercam software (7-10 years preferred).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support and guide department personnel in manufacturing-related inquiries.Key Performance Metrics:Exceptional attendance record.Efficient project completion within designated timelines.High-quality production output as reflected in quality ratings.Accurate utilization of ECI JobBoss2 system for production control.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Overall departmental performance contributions.On-time delivery of projects.The pay range is $25-$30 on average but is negotiable based on Mastercam programming experience.
