Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of talented and experienced Communication Security (COMSEC) Hand Receipt Holders to assist in directing and managing the program's executive support group. The candidate must reference their ability and experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team.

The COMSEC Hand Receipt Holders is responsible for the strict management and accountability of all COMSEC materials and devices, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and policies. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess an unwavering commitment to national security and operational integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and destruction of cryptographic keying material (KEYMAT) in accordance with establishment and guidelines.

Maintain accurate inventory records of all COMSEC equipment and keying material assigned to the facility.

Ensure the physical security of COMSEC storage areas and equipment in compliance with DoD regulations and standards.

Conduct routine inspections and audits of COMSEC material and equipment to verify integrity and accountability.

Coordinate with designated Government personnel for COMSEC changeover, equipment, checks, pickups, issues, and destruction activities.

Monitor access to the COMSEC storage area and ensure that only authorized personnel are permitted entry.

Perform two-person integrity procedures when handling COMSEC material to prevent unauthorized access or compromise.

Prepare and submit reports on COMSEC inventory, status, and compliance as required by supervisory personnel.

Coordinate with COMSEC inspectors and auditors during inspections and assessments of COMSEC practices and procedures.

Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to ensure readiness for security incidents or threats.

Qualifications/Experience:

Active TS/SCI Clearance

Experience in handling COMSEC material and equipment in a secure environment.

Experience with cryptographic fundamental management principles and procedures.

Familiarity with two-person integrity procedures and physical security requirements for classified information.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Education/Certifications:

A high school diploma, GED, or a relevant associate degree is preferred.
