The Consumer Applications unit manages and supports AHM websites and digital assets, serving as digital showrooms and information sources for online customers researching product lines. The MarTech - Business Systems Analyst role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that the technical design aligns with business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications and support the development and implementation of solutions.Key Accountabilities:Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to capture, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, partnering with System Solution Architects and Technical Leads.Work closely with developers, system architects, and cross-functional teams to design systems that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration across platforms.Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions from a technical standpoint and recommend strategies to senior management.Coordinate and drive the development, testing, and implementation phases, ensuring the solution meets both technical and business requirements.Own the technical aspects of product features, driving them through all cycles of the SDLC.Create and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements specifications (SRS), technical design specifications, architecture documents, flowcharts, and deployment plans.Ensure that different systems and applications integrate seamlessly by working closely with vendors and internal teams.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect customer data in alignment with data governance policies.Current Project:

Voice of the Customer Program: Migrating the survey platform from iBEx to Qualtrics for two business units.Position Success Criteria (Desired):BA/BS or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.6+ years of experience working in the IT landscape.Proven Technical Project Management experience with the ability to deliver features in complex multi-team environments with dependencies.Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, with advanced skills in Excel, pivot tables, charting, and databases.Ability to produce technical documents such as system requirements specifications (SRS) and system design specifications.Advanced ability to develop and update technical design specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, architecture documents, and deployment plans.Experience integrating MarTech systems with other software applications, databases, and APIs.Working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture, and implementation of medium to large-scale systems across multiple platforms.Experience with customer data management platforms, data governance, and knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, support decision-making processes, and present complex technical information clearly.Experience with Agile delivery processes and methodologies.Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization, and accountability.Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Proficiency in Confluence and Jira.Other Desirable Skills:Prior experience with data visualization, data modeling, or BI tools.Skilled in evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying compelling solutions, analyzing technologies, and assessing emerging platforms and tools.Familiarity with SQL, system diagrams, Jira/Confluence, and data modeling.Understanding technical and system integration aspects across various platforms, including:VoC platforms (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)Personalization Engines (e.g., Dynamic Yield, Evergage, Adobe Target)CDPs (e.g., Treasure Data, Segment, Tealium, Optimove)Chatbots and Virtual AssistantsAnalytical and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel)Loyalty systems and rewards programs (e.g., Epsilon, Annex Cloud)Zero-party data management and loyalty program integrationBy leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions that align with business objectives and drive customer growth.
