Project Engineer
located in
Las Vegas, NV . In this role, you will provide highly responsive Construction Management services in one of the firm’s core business lines. If you are passionate about construction management, have an outgoing personality, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and a strong business acumen, then we would like to hear from you!Responsibilities:
Assist and document pre-bid, pre-construction meetings, and progress meetings, follow up on action items.Review plans and specifications for project knowledge and understanding.Maintain project control records, as-builts, RFI’s, submittals, and files to facilitate timely exchange of information with the project team.Assist tracking budget and change orders.Observe and record jobsite activity in accordance with required contractual frequency.Assist project managers in the procurement of design professional and consultant service and administers contracts.Support project manager’s leadership for all phases of the project.Assist in preparation and distribution of construction observation reports, progress status reports, schedules, pay applications, and cost control reports.Manage orderly project closeout efforts, organization of project documentation, coordination of warranty work and punch lists.Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Desired Experience:
A minimum of 2 years professional experience in the construction industry.Outstanding leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of web-based project management platforms.Teamwork and proactive approach.Proven ability to manage challenging, multi-faceted projects.Well versed in all construction industry delivery methods.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or closely related field preferred.What’s in it for you?
