We look forward to welcoming you to the INflow team!ABOUT THIS POSITION:INflow Federal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team, supporting our mission of integrating cutting-edge solutions for complex problems faced by our government partners. This role is crucial for designing and engineering secure, robust infrastructures that underpin our advanced analytics, data integration, and processing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in systems administration, DevOps, and cybersecurity practices, with minimal development work involved. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging the synergy between humans and machines to advance the Department of Defense (DoD) missions.
Position Duties
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for a range of projects, ensuring secure and efficient deployment processes.Administer and optimize our Kubernetes and OpenShift environments for scalability and resilience.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to integrate security best practices into DevOps processes, aiming for a robust DevSecOps workflow.Conduct routine system audits to ensure compliance with the latest security standards and practices.Manage containerized applications using Docker, ensuring optimal performance and security.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, deployment processes, and best practices.Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Required Qualifications
Proven track record in systems administration and DevOps roles.Extensive experience with containerization tools, specifically Docker, and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance using GitLab CI or similar tools.Expertise in automation and configuration management using Ansible.Solid background in high/low deployment strategies.Strong scripting skills, particularly in Python.Demonstrated ability to work with GIT for version control.Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline.Experience with managing and securely integrating third-party libraries.Knowledge of Linux security, including patch management and hardening techniques.Required Education & Experience

Must have a minimum of a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
