Job Summary:As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out the general duties and scope of work assigned to you by the Corporation, reporting directly to the Asset and Operations Manager. The specific duties and scope of work will be developed with your input during the probation period.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, being on call 24/7 for alarms, maintenance, and other urgent issues. You will be tasked with performing both preventive and corrective maintenance. A thorough understanding of the systems is essential to troubleshoot effectively and conduct trend analysis, with the goal of achieving close to 100% equipment uptime.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in developing policies and procedures for the preventative maintenance and repair of all OneH2's hydrogen production assets.Strive to achieve near 100% uptime for all OneH2's hydrogen production assets.Collaborate with the quality department to identify and implement solutions that reduce scrap during the production process.Assist in evaluating new processes, equipment suppliers, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in overall efficiency and quality.Promote and maintain a safe working environment throughout the facility.

Education and Experience:Preferred three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; however, new graduates will also be considered.Formal training and education may be considered in lieu of direct experience.Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly without assistance.Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications is highly preferred.General mechanical aptitude is required.Proficiency in computer and software systems relevant to the position, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Creativity in solving technical problems.Ability to work independently.Unwavering commitment to quality.Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
