What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer. This position falls under our Global Auth Group. The right candidate will be able to understand architectural requirements and recommend optimizations across environments. You will report directly to the Director of IT Architecture and regularly collaborate with IT Development.

The responsibilities of the role will include:Providing technical advice on complex programming.Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming, developing complex code units.Solid experience of creating PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views and Exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking and migrating complex data sets in Oracle.Experience in data migration/conversions.Performing technical analysis and component delivery.Ability to write complex SQL queries for reporting purposes.Coding, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting moderately complex programs.Providing data modeling where needed to enable data movement or improve data architecture.Basic knowledge of UNIX shell scripting.Creating appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.Assisting support and/or project personnel in resolving moderately complex program problems.Working with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility.Developing test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.Conducting quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree and eight (8) + years’ experience in Information Technology, including minimum five (5) years’ experience in hands-on SQL and PL/SQL programming in medium to large size global organization in an Oracle environment.Verifiable experience with integration of multiple concurrent data sources, including relational databases and flat files.At least five years of experience using relational database technology, including being able to write SQL.Verifiable experience with different data warehouse/data mart types, such as historical, strategic and operational.Experience in data architecture and data modeling.Ability to quickly learn and practically apply new concepts or principles which can be confirmed by prior experience.Experience utilizing Agile SCRUM development process.Ability to interact well with user base, development teams and other technical teams.Ability to diagnose and resolve issues/problems in aggressive timeframes.Strong work ethic and ability to handle high pressure situations with minimum direction.Team player, with proven ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.Benefits & Perks
