We are looking for a skilled
Senior Mobile Developer
with mobile app development expertise to join this team. You’ll lead the development and maintenance of mobile applications, solve technical problems, and create high-quality software. Your work will shape the future of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile Application Development:
Design and develop mobile applications using
Flutter, Kotlin, React Native , or similar technologies.
Collaborate with teams to define and launch new features.
Help choose the right tech stack for our mobile applications.
Code Quality and Architecture:
Write clean, maintainable code based on best practices.
Understand and work across the full technological stack of the system.
Develop the architecture to meet future business needs.
Provide feedback during code reviews to maintain high standards.
Feature Development:
Translate business needs into technical specs and create user-focused features.
Plan, design, and implement new features.
Integrate with backend services smoothly.
Performance Optimization:
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks to improve the app’s speed and scalability.
Improve system architecture for a better user experience and future growth.
Collaboration:
Work closely with QA engineers to fully test developed features.
Adjust team processes based on feedback and guide the team through changes.
Mentor team members to support career growth and technical skills.
Communicate clearly and work well within the team.
Qualifications:
8-10+ years of professional experience in software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with mobile development using
Flutter, Kotlin, React Native , or similar frameworks.
Expertise in mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Experience with modern development practices like version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Knowledge of HIPAA security requirements.
Experience in both front-end and back-end development.
Ability to introduce new ideas from areas such as distributed computing, system design, networking, data storage, security, and UI design.
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for improving healthcare through technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
10-12+ years of professional experience in software development.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Strong foundation in object-oriented software design and architecture.
Understanding of mobile app development, including security, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.
Experience deploying, managing, and supporting large mobile applications in AWS and Azure.
Familiarity with architectural concepts like serverless and event-driven platforms.
