Salary:

$48,000 - $51,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Degree Required:

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university

Required Qualifications:

Two to three years of experience in a high-level administrative position

Prior experience with managing budgets

Knowledge of fundraising or accounting principles

Ability to prioritize tasks, schedules, and objectives

Must be highly customer service and detail-oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience managing department budgets to include tracking, reconciling, and report-generating

Demonstrated experience working with non-profit boards and volunteers

Experience with CRM/donor software programs

Experience with LC State policies, procedures, and databases

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the director of college advancement, the Advancement Services Manager will:

CRM Database Management:

Enter and process daily gifts within the CRM database

Create, maintain, and manipulate data to produce donor reports

Responsible for regular address verification process

Direct liaison with other units on campus to manage mailing and alumni lists

Gift Processing and Financial Technician Oversight:

Manage tracking of gifts to include gift accounting and gift acknowledgment

Manage the tracking, reconciliation, and report generating of Foundation funds, in compliance with auditing standards

Manage the timely entry of all gifts and pledges into CRM database

Responsible for running weekly gift reports and thank you letters

Produce all financials and donor listing for the Annual Report

Scholarship and Scholarship Portal Management:

Create annual endowment and scholarship reports for donors

Coordinate with Financial Aid and Budget Offices to ensure scholarship monies are applied correctly

Coordinate and plan the annual scholarship luncheon

Office Management:

Provide administrative support for the Office of College Advancement

Reconcile all department budgets and maintain accurate financial records

Manage facilities and workspace for the College Advancement Office

LC State Foundation/Alumni Association:

Provide support for Foundation and Alumni Association boards

Provide program support for various Foundation/Alumni Association events

Other duties as assigned by the Director of College Advancement. Additional duties also include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
