Endocrinologist
within the highly respected Department of Endocrinology.Texas Children’s provides trusted care to children and adolescents. We are proud to offer support, resources, education, and tools to help providers and their staff deliver the best patient care possible. Texas Children’s Hospital is the largest pediatric hospital in the nation, administering primary, specialty, urgent, and emergency medical care in more than 40 pediatric subspecialties.Set to open in early 2024, our new state of the art full-service hospital in Austin will increase access to quality healthcare for children and women across central Texas. Join the Texas Children’s team expanding our standard of care for families across the state. This position is a rare opportunity to participate in the start, growth, and expansion of a BRAND-NEW medical facility and campus aimed to serve the growing population of Austin, Texas.Position Highlights:Support quality and safety while leading and maintaining clinical excellence and innovation.Assist in the opening and growth of the facility.Treatment of Endocrinology patients within our facility.Be a part of the founding physicians of a new medical facility with the support and resources of the #2 Children’s Hospital in the nation.Opportunity to ramp up and grow quickly personally and as a group; this is a once in a career opportunity.Qualifications:Experience working in a pediatric medical center or specialty care unit that serves complex pediatric cases.Well versed in the setting(s) of a pediatric specialty hospital and multidisciplinary care across the divisions of NICU, PICU, and Critical care.Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.An academic record consistent with appointment as an assistant level or associate professor is desired but not required.History of participation in research and publications reflective of their specialty.Must have a M.D. or D.O. or equivalent degree, and be Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology.Must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active Texas medical license.Contact Information:Reach out to Jason McGill at
