Pre-Implementation Coordination

Monitoring of individual orders through OTISConfirm equipment orders are accurate & resolve issues with incorrect customer contact information or non-supported productValidate site is ready for implementation (device installation complete, network drops, site readiness issues, building access, etc.)Confirm customer IT contact informationContact customer IT resource and gather equipment configuration informationSchedule appointment for implementation/training with Customer contact

Implementation Coordination and Communication

Confirm that equipment delivery date is accurateConfirm appointment with IT contact prior to arriving for implementationComplete implementation and provide operator trainingHave customer complete/sign customer acceptance form confirming service was delivered

Administrative

Time spent contacting customer, confirming, scheduling, and gathering informationUpdate, post, and review OTIS notesUse of tools for role (OTIS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)Provide status on site completion CAF and OTIS updates

Workers must be able to travel if needed and expense their travel costs for reimbursement per the travel policyPrimary Duties

SSA's will be trained to perform the following job duties:Work with customer's information technology department to add the copier device to their network for scanningAdd print drivers to customer's networkSet-up customer's emailCreate accounting codesCreate file pathways for scanning to network locationJob Requirements
