System Analyst

We are seeking motivated & enthusiastic individuals to fill the following positions in our business units.Submit your application with CV, portfolios (if applicable), and most recent photo including the position that you would like to apply to recruitment@wirglobal.com.Responsibilities:Evaluating current IT systems, including hardware, software, and network features.Communicating with management and employees to determine system requirements.Planning new systems that address any issues with the current systems.Preparing cost-benefit analysis reports for all proposed upgrades.Collaborating with the IT team to implement your plan.Testing the new systems to validate that they are working as expected.Reporting back on all improvements made, as well as any setbacks.Creating training processes and documentation to teach others how to use new systems.Keeping up to date with the latest developments in information systems.Ensuring that all budget and timeline constraints are met.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, required.At least 2 years of experience in information technologies and systems analysis, including business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management.Business-related qualifications are a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical staff.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Superior understanding of computer and networking hardware and software systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficient with or able to quickly learn to use a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software.
