Job Description
Location: FT. WORTH, TX
Duration: 10+ Months
Rate: $50/hr on C2C (Max)
Face to face is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
The Software Architect is responsible for the development of technical specifications through analysis of functional and business requirements.
Coordinating the high and low level design effort on projects.
Implementing portions of the solution in code.
Act as a mentor providing guidance to all team members on technical and architectural issues.
Helping to define and document development standards and providing architectural oversight on the project.
This employee has contact with other company departments.
Develop technical specifications for the following:
Technical Requirements
Use Case Models
Data Models
Class and Program Specifications
Software Architecture Model
Analyze business and functional requirements for distillation into technical specifications.
Lead teams of developers and analysts during the design phase of projects.
Participate in project planning during all phases of the project life-cycle as needed.
Maintain a current knowledge of existing systems hardware and software.
Define and document development standards for the team.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in the following skills:
Microsoft .NET technologies
Web Services
Web UI including MVC and mobile
SQL Server
24/7 Windows Services
WCF
Security concepts (encryption, secure communication)
2+ Years of Experience as an Architect.
Nice to have:
Message Queues (MQ, TIBCO, AMQP)
Windows Forms
WPF
