Top Secret/SCI with PolygraphRequired Skills:Experience building physical and virtual servers, implementing/developing configurations, testing, deploying, and coordinating baseline deployments, including coordinating the installation and maintenance of equipment hosted in a server room environment.Experience performing standard IT infrastructure maintenance tasks, including patching, deployment, and configuration utilizing automation toolsFamiliarity with LDAP, Kerberos, NFS, and SELinux PoliciesDemonstrated on-the-job Linux experience and ability to discuss Linux OS topics in detail, including access control, least privilege, and separation of dutiesDemonstrated on-the-job experience with VMWare vCenter/vSphere, including VM Management, resource allocation and optimization, performance monitoring and analysis, updates and patch management, capacity planning and scaling, and troubleshooting and diagnosticsStrong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/UDP, Routing, Switching, MTU)Experience performing technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for supported services, including server hardwareDemonstrated on-the-job experience with automation tools and scripting (Ansible, PowerCLI, PowerShell, and Bash Shell Scripts)Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing and maintaining technical documentation to include, but not limited to, deployment checklists, administrators guides, and deployment verification proceduresDesired Skills:
Familiarity with storage technologies such as NAS and NFS as well as appliances such as Tintri and NexentaStor, including storage pool management, data replication and backup, firmware and software updates, and troubleshooting and diagnosticsExperience with Cisco networking technologies, network configuration, high availability configuration, security and access control, firmware and software updates, and monitoring and alertsDemonstrated on-the-job experience with network configurationExperience with LDAP and Identity Management solutions, such as FreeIPA Server, including User and Group Management, Authentication and Authorization, and Certificate ManagementRequired Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similarMinimum seven years of relevant experienceDesired Certifications:
RHCSA, Linux+, VMWare VCP, CCNA, or LFCE certifications a plus
