Besides being licensed by Qatar Financial Market Authority to exercise these activities, The Group Securities is also a member of Qatar Stock Exchange.Job Brief:We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect to lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction. You will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements and align with sustainability principles.Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver functional and visually appealing designs. By employing your right-brained thinking and technical expertise, you will contribute to the creation of architectural masterpieces that enhance the built environment.Responsibilities:Working with stakeholders to determine requirements for building projects.Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time, and special requirements.Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project.Preparing work contracts for building subcontractors.Developing and giving presentations to inform the public about upcoming public building projects.Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design.Developing ideas keeping in mind stakeholder needs, building usage, and environmental impact.Producing detailed blueprints and making any necessary corrections.Compiling project specifications.Keeping within budgets and timelines.Ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.Making on-site visits to check on project status and report on project.Cooperating and liaising with construction professionals.Following architectural trends and advancements.
