Parsons is looking for a talented
Senior Radar Systems Lead Engineer
to join our team! In this role you will get
to deliver resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing complex radar-related analysis tasks
Performing analysis, modeling, simulation, and assessment of modern radar systems used in air-defense systems
Reviewing the technical work of junior staff
Interfacing with Government counterpart to determine objectives and develop plans for achieving the objectives and accompanying deliverables (reports, hardware, software)
Coordinating and managing Parsons staff across multiple functional areas to accomplish the SOW with high level of customer satisfaction
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Must be a US Citizen
Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar discipline, and 10+ years of experience
Knowledge of and experience with modern air-defense radars
Required Clearance:
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Modeling and Simulation experience in C++ or TMAP/STIMS 2.0/3.0 Simulink models
Foreign Material Exploitation experience, system operational testing, and/or intelligence analysis
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret

Salary Range:
$149,900.00 - $269,800.00
