SharePoint Administrator II
in the
Information Technology (IT) department , based in the
Irvine, CA*
office. The SharePoint Administrator will oversee Microsoft's SharePoint web-based document collaboration platform. They will also integrate Microsoft applications to allow online collaboration, manage workflows, create shared storage space for files, and support and maintain the SharePoint platform.*This position is full time, in-office onlyGeneral Responsibilities:On our SharePoint platform - Perform integration, configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration management of SharePoint and associated technologies.Create, implement, & administer policies and standards for security and technical guidance.Configure and maintain our SharePoint Online platform, add document libraries, manage permissions, policies, and metadata, and develop shared storage space and backup procedures.Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint or other M365 service issues, providing end-user support.Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data and work alongside the security team to uphold document lifecycle governance.Some business communication and writing skills; project management, documentation, and requirements gathering.Salary Range:
$100,970-$115,000 annualThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.Office hours in Irvine, CA:
M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pmExcellent Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA’s, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, I.T., or related field is preferred.Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator or Microsoft 365 Administrator.Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.Strong ability to interact with business and technical users.Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.Positive attitude and eagerness to streamline and improve processes and workflows.Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Perform SharePoint Online migration responsibilities at appropriate times, available for maintenance or upgrades at non-standard work hours.Additional Preferred Skills:Experience with Power Automate & Workflow Apps (or similar technologies).Prior experience with SharePoint Migrations.Experience with using PowerShell or other IT Automation.ABOUT In-N-Out Burger
