Fulltime Onsite M-FRole Overview:The Computer Systems Analyst supports the JID-TC responsibilities at Fort Liberty, NC, as the JCS proponent for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program, with the objective of ensuring that operational forces can exploit the full capability of JTO Interface Systems. Support covers the full range of functions required to plan, develop, coordinate and manage the JTO training program to include courseware development and world-wide formal academic training and joint exercise support to support joint, allied and coalition air and ground forces in the employment of JTO Interface capabilities. Annually conduct approximately 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS) producing approximately 2000 graduates, and 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS) producing approximately 500 graduates for 10 allied nations.General SkillsetExperience with Microsoft OfficeVerbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both collaboratively and individuallyCritical Thinking SkillsAbility to give presentations and briefings as neededSpecific SkillsetMaintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardwareInstalling and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issuesUpdating virus protection software to keep data and communications protectedFixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on demand or from inspection of the systemsSharePoint developmentWeb development: HTML, CSS, SQLProblem management and critical and strategic thinking abilitiesClient management, particularly in the areas of data flow and migrationReviewing website interface and software stability.RequirementsEducation & CertificationsAssociate’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.Must have CompTIA Security+ Certification.Experience Requirements4 or more years of related experience in an IT support organization with 100+ users and technical experience within systems administration.Prior experience working as a SharePoint developerExperience with Web development: HTML, CSS, SQLBuild your career with us!Linchpin Solutions’ professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clients’ technical and management expectations.
