Job Overview:
Come join our ESG Strategy & Sustainability team and play a key role in managing T-Mobile’s ESG reporting processes, procedures and communications. In this role, you will lead the creation and implementation of process enhancements and supporting strategies, as well as collateral development, for T-Mobile’s annual CR Report and other complex ESG reporting projects that align to our overall ESG strategy, reporting compliance, and brand.
This role requires strong project management experience, excellent communications and problem-solving skills, the ability to accurately understand and synthesize different partner interests and requirements, and drive process improvements that foster more efficient and streamlined interactions.
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be located in either Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS.
Job Responsibilities:
Project manage T-Mobile’s annual CR Report project which includes developing the overall project management plan; managing meetings, timelines and partner communications; aiding in the content creation; and driving process improvements and efficiencies.
Build and manage a library of various CR Report communications materials (website, presentations, fact sheets, issue briefs) that showcase our ESG strategy, impacts, and brand strategy on material topics.
Lead T-Mobile’s contribution to T-Mobile’s parent company, Deutsche Telekom’s (DT), annual CR Report, managing the overall process including copy development, data alignment, partner reviews, and timelines.
Coordinate DT ESG related projects and requests, partnering with groups such as Legal, HR, Finance, Procurement, Risk, etc. to support DT-aligned ESG data, programmatic and compliance activities, understanding and seeking opportunities for alignment, and to speak as one T-Mobile voice.
Represent the team in various DT forums, including agenda setting, facilitation, active follow-up and resolution on action items, and gaining alignment on future commitments and projects.
Help contribute to multiple ESG projects (including materiality assessments, ESG messaging, and ESG-related communications).
Provide analyses of ESG business trends, ratings and rankings, and benchmarking.
Contribute to projects on an ad hoc basis in support of T-Mobile’s enterprise-wide ESG and Sustainability strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in related field to sustainability / ESG.
4+ years' experience managing relationships and holding partners accountable for achieving agreed to performance levels; experience managing client relationships and project teams.
Experience in developing/producing annual CR/sustainability reports. Experience and knowledge with environmental sustainability issues. Proficiency in some/all of the following ESG standards and frameworks: GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, CSRD.
Experience collaborating and building consensus cross-functionally and ability to work well with and relate to employees at all levels.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent business judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to support multiple workstreams with various partners on differing timelines.
Strong writing, editing, and presentations skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Presentation design experience.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Ability to conduct independent research and analysis of corporate responsibility issues.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
