Description: NSI requires a Senior Logistician to support the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE) / Air Refueling Stores (ARS) Fleet Support Team (FST). The Senior Logistics Analyst will provide logistics/maintenance planning support to the AAE/ARS FST in support PMA-201 and multiple Type/Model/Series aircraft. Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and maintainability programs and information systems. Works on logistics and maintainability programs and with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as: technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems logistics requirements and resources; development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans; systems acquisition requirements analysis; budgetary or financial analysis and control; life cycle cost analysis and control; weapons systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility; Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program test and evaluation planning and execution; and, IPS and R&M program management analysis. Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, and applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.

The following is required experience and there are no substitutes for this experience:

•Extensive GEIA-STD-0007 database (preferably SLICwave or EAGLE) working level experience and data tables and their relationships•Demonstrated understanding of relationships between Logistics Supportability Analysis (LSA) processes/productso Importing/exporting Logistics Product Data (LPD) from a GEIA-STD-0007 database, reconciling LPD database errors, populating tables to develop LSA-024/Maintenance Plans for a specific platform, creating Logistics Support Analysis Control Number (LCN) structures, updating LPD for SMR Code changes, updating B tables for Reliability & Maintenance (R&M) actuals to align with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), updating LPD for Technical Publication Deficiency Reports (TPDRs), writing maintenance procedures in LPD by creating data modules using S1000D format, etc.•Data analytics using Microsoft suite toolso Proficiency in Excel using VBA/advanced formulas and Word macros, experience with detailed research and data mining, problem-solving by "following the data"•Familiarity with LSA, LPD, Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and other Supportability Analyses•Experience in Maintenance Planning, logistics support/supportability analysis•Demonstrated effective oral and written communication

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or system engineering from an ABET accredited college required.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience supporting U.S. Government programs is required.Extensive NAVAIR logistics experience preferred.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
