As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. You will lead projects, provide technical expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, proven experience in project management, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the functionality, reliability, and safety of electrical systems and components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales / marketing, mechanical engineers, software / firmware engineers, product designers, and production teams to integrate electrical systems into overall product designs in the most efficient way possible.Regulatory write-up and submittal for electrical systems under development.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, assisting in their professional development.Provide technical guidance to consumer relations team when technical questions arise from the field.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power electronics, PCB layout, SMT production, etc.Proven track record of successfully leading electrical engineering projects from concept to production.Familiarity creating high and low voltage analog and digital circuit analysis.Experience with different wireless communication modules; ethernet, modbus, cellular, wifi, Bluetooth.Knowledge of communication protocols such as I2C and SPI.Strong proficiency in PCB CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and developing products to meet those requirements.Experience working in power management is a plus.Benefits:
