Receiving Manager , you'll reconcile inventory transactions for music and merchandise items. Receive goods into appropriate warehouses. Set projects up with our Distribution partners and match packing lists to Purchase Orders. Reconcile inventory transactions/balance inventory transactions with Accounting Department. This position works closely with Inventory Purchasing and Accounting.Responsibilities:What you'll do:Manage physical receipt of goods by tracking all carrier shipments to traditional, non-traditional, D2C and artist sales warehouses with tracking software (AfterShip).Receive inventory for music products into various warehouses Records, CDs, Merchandise.Reconcile transactions in NetSuite to third party systems.Ingestion of all new products into distribution systems (Milestone, etc).Shipment tracking. Confirming goods are received into warehouses.Submit billable items to Accounting for customer invoicing.Calculate freight charges.Manage manufacturing on demand (MOD) activity with Naxos.Work with Accounting and Production to reconcile inventory transactions on a timely basis.Receive goods into the appropriate warehouses in NetSuite based on packing lists.Problem solves inventory anomalies.Maintain Universal Music new release system (Milestone).
Qualifications:What you need:Bachelors degree in business or other related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 3 years' experience receiving or managing inventory transactions.High level of problem-solving skills required.Strong mathematical skills required.Familiarity with NetSuite software preferred, specific to creating and receiving items and POs.Proficient with the formulas and functions of Excel*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.At Concord, we offer comprehensive medical and wellness benefits, generous time off, parental leave, charity match, paid time off for volunteering, and other fun company perks.
