Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices.
Hybrid position working mostly remote. We are looking for candidates living in IN, IL, and KY who can occasionally travel to the home office in Westfield, IN.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Employee Relations:
Employee ambassador, demonstrate AdStrat Core ValuesPromote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution processes.Performance, Training and Development:
Ensure performance appraisal process is followed by all.Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues and provide coaching as needed.Identify professional training needs and coordinate development programs.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.Coordinate responses to Local, State and Federal labor entity inquiries.Update and maintain employee handbooks and policy documents.Compensation and Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.Drive development of new benefits opportunitiesConduct research to ensure competitive salary structures.Qualifications:
Certifications preferred; SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or ManagementMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in human resources management.Experience in HR practices, Employment law, and Regulatory compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.Experience leading Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) L10 meetingsExperience managing remote teams, independent contractors and developing talent.Project Management & Change Management (PMP and PROSCI preferred)Skills:
Ability to leverage technology for HR processes and reporting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.Collaborative and creative thought partnershipsStrong listening skills to understand employee concerns and feedback.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.Skills in mediating disputes and facilitating discussions.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Resourceful organizational and time management capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while prioritizing effectively.Strong organizational skills to handle HR functions efficiently.Leadership and team-building capabilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.Ability to develop effective hiring strategies.Understanding of change management and organizational structure.
