As a Senior People & Culture Manager, you will lead a 10+ P&C team in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives at one of the level-one sites that align with the company's organizational goals and values. This role requires a strategic approach to HR planning, policy development, talent management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. You will partner with senior leadership and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive performance, growth, and compliance across all HR functions.

Experience leading P&C team and leading in 500+ team member count manufacturing site Bachelor's Degree

10+ yrs of related experience

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that align with business goals.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop HR professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Experience in managing change and driving organizational development and effectiveness.

Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and strategy.
