As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team of six Account Executives and a Senior Account Manager. You will be pivotal in driving sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving growth goals. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about leadership and team success.

Familiarity with HubSpot, booking platforms, and project management tools. 5+ Years in Sales: Expertise in sales strategies, prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, and full-cycle sales management. Proven track record of closing deals.

3+ Years in Management: Experience managing at least three direct reports, in SaaS or eCommerce.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong understanding of customer needs with a passion for entrepreneurship and startups.

Career Growth: Started in an Account Executive role and advanced into management.

Team Development: Experience mentoring and developing team members to advance their careers.

Sales Achievement: Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding team and individual sales quotas.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Proven success in hiring and onboarding new sales team members.
