The Tennessee Titans are seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic and hardworking individual to join our Technology and Innovation team. The IT Service Desk Analyst will oversee the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software within the organization.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a point of contact for end users needing technical assistance at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, Nissan Stadium, and other Titans' facilitiesProvide troubleshooting through diagnostic techniquesSupport internal computer systems consisting of Windows 11 and Mac operating systemsInstall, configure, and repair computer systems and applications within the organizationIntegral part of the onboarding process including creating users and managing directory groupsQualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentExperience with the following operating systems; Windows 11, Mac OS, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022LAN and WiFi knowledge with experience of TCP / IP protocolsExperience with Active Directory and User ManagementMobile Device ManagementHands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of IT hardware and softwareKnowledge of multifactor authentication products (Okta, Duo, etc.)Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange environmentsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skillsAnalytical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail
