Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their Global Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project-based accounting, international financial reporting standards (IFRS), and experience within the manufacturing or construction industries. This role requires expertise in dealing with various international business units and corporate consolidation. The successful candidate will also have experience with large ERP systems. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the financial operations of multiple international business units.Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations.Handle financial consolidation across different international business units.Utilize large ERP systems for accurate and efficient financial reporting.Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are met.Monitor and manage cash flow, expenditures, and financial risks.Assist with audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.Mentor and develop junior finance team members.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA certification preferred.Experience with project-based accounting.In-depth knowledge of IFRS.Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry preferred.Proven experience with corporate consolidation across international business units.Proficiency in large ERP systems.Background in Big4 or large public accounting firms preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
