Join Embark Behavioral Health and be the catalyst for change.Responsibilities:Provide intake assessments for each client entering the programResponsible for planning and overseeing?admissions to ensure they are completed in a timely fashionDevelop clear strategies for teams to reach census goalsProvide orientation for new clients and family membersAssess clients for suicide risk and performs screening for suicide risk when neededProvide care and monitors symptoms for individuals with moderate or high risk of suicideCommunicate clearly to team members about admissions related issuesCoordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessaryCoordinate between national admissions team and local therapeutic and administrative staffContribute to treatment team meetingsProvide direct support and supervision of multiple staff as assigned by Executive and Clinical DirectorsCreate reports for Executive Director showing trends in admissionsProvide clinical and administrative supervision as neededProvide individual, family, and group therapy as assignedAssist the Executive Director with leadership duties including?planning and designating resources, following budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire wayQualifications:

Masters Degree in a qualifying area of study is required3-5 years of prior experience in administering behavioral health assessmentsExcellent communication and organizational skillsFull state licensure in Maryland that authorizes the practice of psychotherapy (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT)Proficiency in administering suicide screens such as C-SSRSFlexible scheduleSkill in verbal and written communicationSkill in problem solving, prioritizing, and decision makingSkill in organization and time managementExcellent customer skillsCollaborativeAbility to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environmentBenefits:
