JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Support Analyst to proactively provide great eDiscovery and litigation support services to end users. Our client's eDiscovery environment includes iConect Xera, Everlaw, Nuix and various other eDiscovery software and utilities. The successful candidate will have a client satisfaction focused orientation, and a process and standards driven approach to operational excellence. You will be a valuable member of a close-knit Litigation Support/eDiscovery team of IT professionals, attorneys, and paralegals. This team member is a critical partner and supporter of end users.This is hybrid position. The candidate will be remote with the ability to maintain in-office hours on a weekly basis.Responsibilities: Experience with the preservation, collection, processing, review, and production phases of the EDRM. Perform software administration using iConect Xera, Everlaw, Nuix and other litigation support applications. Acts as an ITLS resource in training full time and contract employees on the firms eDiscovery platform. Assist attorneys and legal support staff in organizing voluminous case information. Maintain, support, and troubleshoot existing Litigation Support applications and databases. Maintain and update documentation for all litigation support software and workflows. Define and promote processes and procedures to improve the quality and stability of ITLS services and the eDiscovery software environment. Participates in and follows ITIL Incident Management and Change Management as it relates to the firm's ITLS services. Responsible for proper use of ticketing systems, knowledge base systems and CMDB in collaboration with the IT Infrastructure team. May participate in development of the firms Litigation Support infrastructure projects. Onsite as well as remote support.Requirements: Required: Associates Degree. Preferred: Bachelor of Computer Science or related degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Litigation Support/eDiscovery environment. Verifiable experience covering all responsibilities mentioned. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong experience with Nuix, iConect Xera and Everlaw in a heterogenous environment. Must have a positive attitude and be resourceful in troubleshooting issues. Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated problem-solving skills. Computer Forensics skills are a plus.Appropriate eDiscovery Certifications are a plus.
