Watch over and maintain Contracts in Transit (CIT),Continuously understand and stay current on Regulatory and Legal Compliance and production standards.Effectively perform responsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of all finance products to ensure you can thoroughly educate dealership customers.Provide options for vehicle financing, extended service contracts, and other after sale items to customers.Process finance and lease paperwork with perfection and attention to detail.Be aware of and conform to dealership policies as well as state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to automotive financing.Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Train and develop a sales team.Strive to hit company objectives.Hold and facilitate daily meetingsBe the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technologyFollow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situationsSet short and long term objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.Qualifications
2+ years dealership management experience, specifically in FinanceFord Dealership Experience preferredAvailable to work flexible hours & weekendsReady to hit the ground runningFantastic communication skills with your customersProfessional, well-groomed personal appearance.Clean driving recordWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
