Job Summary:

Supports Sales departments and customers, explains and identifies the best finance and leasing options to meet each individual customers’ needs.

Once the customer chooses a vehicle and agrees on the terms, the Finance Manager works with the customer and prepares all the sales transaction documents.

The Finance Manager will also present the customer with the finance products that are offered to meet the customers’ needs.

Once that is complete the Finance Manager will follow through to ensure all the documents are completed in a timely manner and the financial arrangements are concluded successfully and accurately, while maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.

Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Continuously develop product and sales expertise to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and weekends

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve

Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

High School Diploma or GED

Previous success in Teton Auto Group Sales is preferred but not required

Previous Sales Experience

Ability to sit at a desk for an extended period of time

Interpersonal people skills - talk to people and quickly build rapport
