National Account Manager
SUMMARY:
The Alside National Accounts Manager is responsible for accelerating growth and strengthening/deepening key relationships for portfolio of Repair & Remodel or New Construction National Accounts at both corporate and region levels for the entire portfolio of Alside products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management/execution and exceptional leadership abilities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead Customer GrowthDeliver profit and volume annual targets for the assigned portfolio of national accountsDevelop a multi-year vision and strategy that enables volume, profit and market share growth grounded in customer joint business planning aligned with Alside business goals.Implement strategic account selling with national customers to drive partnered value (joint business planning, top-to-top meetings, quarterly business reviews, etc.)Deliver insights to customers about the category and actionable solutions to grow their businessStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential challenges and integrate into the joint business planLead the Customer Relationship
Lead, cultivate and maintain strong relationships at all levels for customer key stakeholders understanding their business needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfactionResponsible for developing & executing a corporate & regional customer wiring plan for key sales and cross functional customer stakeholders to develop a high level of customer intimacySet the growth agenda with key internal Alside stakeholders at the corporate, group and market levelsExecutional Excellence
Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with national accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while monitor and manage contract compliance, working closely with legal and finance teams.Execute deliverables from customer meetings (implement tactics to grow the account, follow-through on commitments)Craft quarterly execution priorities and tactics aligned to the customer growth strategy and joint business plan deliverablesEstablish a scorecarding process to track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of national account key priorities and quarterly tacticsPlan and track opportunities in Salesforce.comLead Others
Provide visionary leadership to the Alside team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricitySet & lead the customer agenda for the Region Key Account managers including quarterly priorities, funnel management and execution of the customer wiring planKEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Customer/Builder -- key decision makersAlside Company and Field LeadershipVendor/Partner -- connecting and establishing partnerships to drive value.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus7 years sales leadership and/or account management experiencePreferred: 3 years sales experience in the building materials products industryKEY COMPENTENCIES:

The candidate must have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.Benefits:

Position dependent.The stated benefits are for full-time positions working 30+ hours a week.
