Electrical Engineer (5+ Years) We are in search of a dedicated Electrical Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience, driven by a passion for systems design, committed to professional growth, and eager to collaborate within a high-performing multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in electrical power and controls systems design for industrial facilities, with a proven track record of delivering construction documents from project inception to fruition. They should feel at ease providing consulting services to architects, owners, and general contractors, and demonstrate a strong inclination to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment. This role entails a blend of technical design, consulting, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant electrical design within the AEC industry. Professional Engineering Registration (required). U.S. Citizenship (required). Experience in commercial power and low voltage systems design. Experience in industrial project design is advantageous. Proficiency in the National Electrical Code. Sound knowledge of electrical engineering principles and construction practices. Previous experience with a multidisciplinary engineering/consulting firm. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD/REVIT (required). Eagerness to stay updated on the latest technologies and practices to enhance professional growth. Aptitude for both mechanical and electrical engineering concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management abilities. Capability to work autonomously while also mentoring others. Attention to detail, integrity, and a sense of personal pride in delivering high-quality work. Experience in collaborative team environments with demonstrated project management skills. Business development experience (preferred).
