Well established LASIK practice looking to add a Clinical Director to join their team. The doctor needs to have experience with LASIK pre-op and post-op planning. Spanish preferred but not required. This doctor will demonstrate superior patient care, clinical expertise, communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and team player mentality. Also, interested in ways to integrate new techniques and innovations that continue to deliver superior patient care and services. Strong compensation package offered.
