We are growing and adding a brand new position to our organization!AprilAire is seeking a dynamic and strategic
National Account Manager-Multifamily/Manufactured Homes
to lead our national strategy for the multi-family and manufactured housing segments within the Residential New Construction (RNC) market. This is a new and exciting role designed to build best practices for selling indoor air quality (IAQ) solutions to the manufactured home industry and multi-family contractors. The ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships with developers, engineers, and builders while understanding market trends, delivering value, and making impactful decisions to capitalize on large opportunities in these segments.Location requirements:

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding AprilAires market share in the multi-family and manufactured housing sectorsOwn all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact through project management and data tracking.Identify and pursue opportunities within the assigned segments while managing a robust pipeline.Work with internal and external stakeholders to capture new business opportunities.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.Collaborate with architects, developers, contractors, and engineering consultants to influence our product specifications.Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate stakeholders on AprilAires IAQ solutions.Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Negotiate contracts and agreements with favorable terms for both parties, aligned with company objectives.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Collaborate with other AprilAire sales teams such as national or regional distributions specialists to ensure proper pricing and logistics for distribution.Implement and manage multi-family and manufactured housing business plans within each sales region, coordinating expectations and responsibilities across teams.Engage cross-functional teams such as product management, channel marketing, corporate training, etc. to identify product modifications and develop customized sales and marketing tools.Secure and manage IAQ commitments for multi-family home projects and manufactured housing builders.
