Litigation Associate

Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Take and defend depositions, effectively representing our clients' interests.Attend court hearings and assist with trial preparation.Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and strategy.Maintain accurate case files and documentation.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.3+ years of litigation experience in business law and/or construction law and/or insurance defense.Proven experience in drafting legal documents and managing litigation processes.Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the firm.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
