General Job DescriptionIES Residential is currently seeking Electrical Foreman's experienced in overseeing Multi-Family Projects in the Austin, Texas area! FULL BENEFITS along with weekly TRUCK LEASELocation: Job sites in and around the Austin, Texas areaCompensation depends on experienceHours: Full-timeResponsibilities:Overseeing Multi-Family ProjectsSupervise and coordinate activities of assigned Hourly/Sub-Contractor workers in accordance with the engineers' specifications and the National Electric CodeKnowledge of local electrical code and regulations required by City Inspectors for purpose of adhering to projects schedule by passing inspections at each phase of the project.Manage material to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained and stagedManage cost control focusing on optimizing production processes, reducing material waste, and improving and/or maintaining operational efficiency.Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervisionMaintains working relationship with subcontractors, division managers, and other skilled tradesAnalyzes and resolves work problemsMaintains knowledge of and enforces company safety rules and proceduresQuickly corrects any potential hazard or promptly reports the hazard to the responsible personAssess material, equipment, and labor needed to complete assigned tasks and ensure all items required are ordered and at the job site in compliance with the scheduled requirementsCommunicate with others, including taking direction from a supervisor and able to give direction in a way that is understoodt10 MinUSD $1,200.00/Wk.
