We are seeking a creative and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As one of the leading distributors of CNC machine tools in North America, with over 80 years of success driven by relationships and customer understanding. We are growing our team to continue driving brand awareness and customer engagement across the territories we serve.
Summary of Responsibility:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in improving our brand's visual presence across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to build compelling designs that support our marketing initiatives, including print, web, and social media. Additionally, you will assist in trade shows, sales blitzes, and open house events, bringing creativity and technical skills to the forefront of our marketing efforts.
This position is Onsite - Not Remote or Hybrid
What You Will Contribute:Design engaging graphics for print, web, and social media platforms that align with our brand identity.Create and edit videos, ensuring high-quality visual content for digital distribution.Capture and edit photographs of machine tools and demonstrations for marketing purposes.Collaborate on the design and layout of trade show booths and promotional materials.Assist in coordinating and implementing trade shows, sales blitzes, and open house events.Support direct mail and email campaign initiatives with visually appealing designs.Contribute to marketing research and sales lead collection tasks.Perform various related tasks to support the marketing department's goals.Other Functions:

Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with video editing software and techniques.Familiarity with Canva for crafting quick and effective design solutions.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print, web, and video.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts optimally.Highly organized with strong time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Passion, creativity, and a positive attitude towards taking on new challenges.What's in it for You:
