What You'll Be Doing:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining the TCOM Quality Management System through audits, corrective actions, and interactions with process owners to update existing or create new processes. This role involves organizing annual ISO and AQAP audits, maintaining certifications, and providing support to the business through contract reviews, GIDEP reviews, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reviews. Create/Maintain Processes with Process Owners (Daily) Collaborate with process owners to develop and update quality processes. Conduct/Facilitate Internal Audits within the QMS (Weekly)Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Review and Advise on Quality Requirements within the Organization (Weekly)Provide guidance on quality requirements and standards. Conduct CAPA Activities and Follow Up within the Team / Support FRACAS Reporting (Monthly) Lead CAPA activities and support Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) reporting. Determine compliance to standards and issue findings/observations as required. Review existing processes for accuracy with process owners and make updates as necessary. Determine root cause of issues and initiate corrective actions with the team. Analyze return material repair data for Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action (FRACAS).

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's Degree Relevant Experience:

Approximately 5 years Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Experience in creating/maintaining a Quality Management System Prior auditing experience Familiarity with government, military, and industry standards Familiarity with 8D corrective action process Familiarity with Failure Analysis and FRACAS reporting Self-directed with the ability to work individually or as part of a team Ability to lead teams to successful resolution of issues Pre-Employments Check/Education Verification/Drug Testing this includes cannabis.
