The Regional Human Resources Manager is someone who wants to learn the operations and serve as a true business partner. One who is solution-focused and over the top about internal customer service. One who constantly thinks about how can we make this better and what if. This position is responsible for a large client group across several cities and may require some travel. Position reports to Senior Regional HR Manager.Responsibilities:Serve as main point of contact for human resources for designated client groupsAssist employees and managers to positively resolve concernsProvide employee coaching and counseling for issues and complaintsCoach managers on employee issues and guide them on the progressive discipline processProvide guidance on Company policies and proceduresPartner with Benefits, Recruiting and Payroll teams on projects, solving problems and developing solutionsOther duties as assigned
