Benefits Manager
to join its dynamic HR team. This pivotal role will manage the administration of the company's comprehensive benefits portfolio, including health, wellness, and retirement programs. The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly organized professional with strong analytical skills who can collaborate with vendors, advise on cost-sharing, and ensure compliance with evolving industry regulations.

Responsibilities:Oversee administration of benefits programs (e.G., medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), wellness programs).Manage vendor and broker relationships to enhance program effectiveness and alignment with company goals.Conduct regular cost-benefit analysis and recommend cost-sharing changes.Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and other regulatory requirements;prepare necessary filings and reports.Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries on benefits, conducting trainings and distributing communications.Develop resources, training materials, and online portals to enhance employee understanding of benefit options.Mentor and guide the Benefits Specialist, fostering a collaborative team environment.Oversee open enrollment processes, plan changes, and benefits communication strategies.Conduct audits, analyze benefits data, and provide actionable insights for program improvements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required;CEBS or other benefits certification preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience in benefits administration, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in data analysis, with an emphasis on utilization and cost metrics.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, working independently and within a team.Experience with ADP, Excel, and familiarity with UKG systems is a plus.
