Summary of Position

The Marketing Coordinator is an entry- to mid-level resource who operates within the Integrated Marketing function of the organization. This position reports to the B2B Integrated Marketing Lead and is responsible the execution and delivery of marketing-related assets and campaigns elements for Small Business, Commercial, Treasury Management, and Specialty lines of business. The candidate bridges all points of execution, including work with internal business partners, external third parties and agencies to deliver meaningful outcomes.

ResponsibilitiesManages executing, communicating and monitoring timelines for B2B projects.Works with creative partners, internal and externally, to develop creative assets to complete projects.Works with internal and external experts to leverage marketing channels which may include paid and owned channels such as digital (SEM, social and display advertising), direct mail, email, broadcast media and our website.Builds strong relationships and works collaboratively with other team members and agency partners to ensure optimal creation, orchestration, execution and performance.Manages approvals from all parties including senior team members, requester(s) and assurance partners (legal/compliance).Ensures on-time delivery and overall quality of work by teammates and third-party resources.Communicates plans, progress and completion of projects with key stakeholders.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceMinimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience in marketing or related fieldBanking / Financial services experience a plusExperience, Skills and Competencies

Experience executing marketing campaign elements across a variety of channels.Strong planning and executional project management skills.Experience managing multiple projects at once including delivery and overall quality of work.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members and vendor partners on projects.Ability to work independently on focused tasks, self-directed work.Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to analyze information and make sound decisionsStrong interpersonal and communications skills.Inherent growth mindset and ability to adapt and thrive in a changing workplace.Demonstrates and exemplifies those
